Volunteer Opportunity: Starlings Community INC ????

Looking to make a real difference in the lives of youth affected by a parent's substance use? Join Starlings Community INC and be part of an innovative organization dedicated to providing vital support and resources.

Commitment:
3-10 hours weekly, for at least 4 months

Duties and Responsibilities:

Peer Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to youth, offering insights from your own experiences.
Marketing and Social Media: Raise awareness and promote initiatives through various platforms.

Grant Writing: Secure funding to sustain and expand programs.

Counseling: Offer professional support to help youth cope with their unique circumstances.

Police Check
References

Individuals who:

Have lived experience with the stress and stigma associated with a parent’s substance use.
Have experience working with youth and/or young adults.
Possess relevant experience connected to the role.
